Meet The Team
Adam brings over a decade of hands-on experience in municipal wastewater treatment. He has operated conventional activated sludge, extended aeration, MBR, and SBR facilities ranging from 0.5 MGD to 60 MGD in capacity. His background includes process control oversight, solids management, and laboratory management, giving him a full-spectrum understanding of plant performance from influent to reporting.
Adam is currently pursuing an AAS degree in Environmental Science and Water Resources Technology and maintains a Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator license.
He is passionate about wastewater because it combines biology, problem-solving, and public service. Adam takes pride in helping facilities regain operational control and supporting the operators who keep critical infrastructure running every day.

Co-Founder | Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator
Andrew is a Class I wastewater operator with over a decade of hands-on experience in treatment operations, process control, and system optimization. His background spans facilities ranging from 0.5 MGD to 60 MGD, including conventional activated sludge, SBR, and MBR systems. From biological process control and solids handling to equipment troubleshooting and performance tuning, Andrew understands how to translate data and field conditions into stable, reliable plant performance.
Mechanically inclined and analytically sharp, he has a natural instinct for breaking systems down, understanding how they function, and improving how they run. He approaches challenges from multiple angles — identifying both direct causes and less obvious contributing factors — allowing him to solve problems at the root rather than applying temporary fixes.
Whether in the field, the control room, or deep in diagnostics, Andrew blends technical expertise with practical creativity. What drives him most is the impact of the work itself — protecting public health, safeguarding waterways, and knowing that every adjustment made today improves performance tomorrow. He takes pride in being part of an essential profession that keeps communities running, and that sense of purpose fuels his commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
