Phase 3 - Ongoing Performance & Compliance Support


Phase 3 is ABAR's ongoing advisory layer — available to facilities that have completed recovery through Phase 2 or to well-run facilities that simply want structured operational oversight without the cost of additional full-time staff. It is proactive, operator-led performance support designed to keep good plants running well and recovered plants from sliding back.

Phase 3 advisory is delivered in coordination with the Client's WIMS Rio subscription through Aquatic Informatics. ABAR serves as the human advisory layer above the platform — interpreting KPI trends, identifying developing risks, and translating data into clear operational decisions. Clients who completed Phase 2 with ABAR transition to a direct Rio subscription with Aquatic Informatics and retain full access to their data and configuration.
